DVDFab Gold error

I'm new here and I'm not sure if this where I'm supposed to post this.
I have been using DVDFab Express for about a year now. ANd it worked fine, but lately I keep getting an error. Process failed. So I tried DVDFab Gold and it worked fine for 2 DVD's, but then it failed I get the same message.
Here is what it said for DVDFab Express.(I changed the DVDTitle part).

Have you tried updating DVDFab?
What movie\s are you trying to copy?

DVDFab has totally revamped their software. I just upgraded to Platinum and it works great. I have never had any problems with DVDFab Gold. I never tried the Express version. It looks like they've discontinued it.

Finally, updated free version has movie only choice. Yeah! Old free version doesn't actually update, just goes thru the motions. Ya have to delete and download new revamped FAB.
