Hi all, would really appreciate some help with this if possible?

Apologies if this is in the wrong forum mods.

I've got a 400 GB H/D with evoX & XBMC installed.

Ive got about 110 Gigs spare. All my videos & XBMC have just dissapeared off the H/D. The same amount of free space still shows. All my games are still there and seem playable having only tested a couple.

I've re-installed XMBC and that works fine now. If anyone has any idea how to get the video files back, WITHOUT re-transferring them all again, I'd love to hear it?????

I think it must have happened when I ftp'd a couple of avi's & mp3's over.

Again, any help appreciated.

Lex

Thanks for getting back to me bud.

In F drive Games still has everything there. Only folder's on that tier that had stuff go missing was Video & DVD 2 HD. XBMC folders & files went from apps.

I've tried also through FTP software & mapping drive to no avail...

Cheers for any help bud.

Because the default Xbox only can use 137GB of your hard drive. There are tutorials that lets you use the rest, just search it on google.

make a FTP connection between your compuer and your xbox and then browse around and find them...once u found them trasfer the videos files 2 ur pc and get rid of the other stuff u dont need make sure u have no videos on ur xbox then retransfer them back into your xbox restart it and u should be fine..

Hi Guys,

thanks for replying.

I know that the last install of evoX & hd etc sorted me on the +137gb size. I have been using all the videos that were on there for ages until this happened.

I have tried FTP-ing & mapping my hd to explorer. They are nowhere to be seen, but even the new v2 install of xbmc shows the free size as being the same.

Thanks again guys. Any other advice that might help me resolve this would be appreciated.
