Initial setup error on Silent Hill

When I tried shrinking Silent Hill I recieved a message something like "intitial setup error" or "initial startup error" something like that. Has anyone encountered this, is there a way around it?

Shrink can't handle this one by it's lonesome.
Here's some free programs that can:
RipIt4Me
guide& links to dl

DVDFab Decrypter/Vobblanker
guide & links to dl

Not free but has a 21 day free trial - AnyDVD. Runs in the background removing the copy protection.

Give those a go and let us know!
