i inputed the #pw+ and when i pressed 9 it sed instantly error code.. so i didn't want to retry it till u say so..

i don't know if this has anithing to do with it but mu screen sed insert sim when i did it even thought it still had the old sim from at&t (no longer works but it was in there .)

Exactly what are you seeing on the screen when code error appears?

Are you entering the code with NO SIM in?

Don't enter again just to answer this because you are wasting chances.

Try to explain to us how you understand to enter the code because something is being entered in the wrong way.
