hey guys,
just got ordering my VIA VT6421L PCI Card and a pioneer 111d burner from newegg. only thing left now is the samsung drive. and ill prob get that off ebay here in the next couple of days. and then i just have to pick up one of the old desktops that we dont use at home this weekend. and then its just putting everything in the tower. so ill probably be hitting you all up with some questions when i do that to make sure its all done correctly and i wont need anything else before i attempt to hack the FW on my 360 since im not seeming to get any replies from people in my area to do it for me.

You should have all you need then. Latest firmware is xtreme 3.3 and you will need the mtkflash edited to work with that card.

I'm in NW PA... that'd be kind of a long drive.

ya, it would be an extremely long drive. a guy from OH contacted me and has been helping me so far with taking apart the case and everything else, and is going to help me when i start flashing the drive. so everything is good so far.
