Sorry to bring back up a 5 day topic, but i need help... I'm trying to backup Metal Gear Solid Substance and I got to the part where I have 2 folders (disk 1 and 2)

My disk one is 2.22 gigs and my disk two is 3.76 gigs, they both have the same files, but in the Mgs2 folder of disk 1, I have "demo2.dat", "movievr.dat", "stage2.dat", and "vox2.dat", while in disk 2's MGS2 folder, I have "codec.dat", "demo.dat", "face.dat", "movie.dat", "stage.dat", and "vox.dat". Is this right?

I burned disk 1 (they way the guide told me to do it), but when i load it, it just goes to a black screen! I hope someone can help me... I don't want to waste dvd's . Thanks in advance?...

For a complete list of the files for MGSS go to this website: http://www.swapmagicfix.com

You will find a file list for MGGS there, download the Rip To DVD5 file. Hopefully that will solve your issue. Did you use CD\DVD Generator and set the volume name to SLES xxxx where x is the number?

swapmagicfix.com tells me to have all of the files on both disks, but that would make both of my disks 6 gigs big, and i don't think that that'll be right...

Sorry AGAIN to bring back a 5 day topic, but I really need help. So far no one has answered my question, and I'm sure some of you can. Here, I'll quote it.

"My disk one is 2.22 gigs and my disk two is 3.76 gigs, they both have the same files, but in the Mgs2 folder of disk 1, I have "demo2.dat", "movievr.dat", "stage2.dat", and "vox2.dat", while in disk 2's MGS2 folder, I have "codec.dat", "demo.dat", "face.dat", "movie.dat", "stage.dat", and "vox.dat". Is this right? "

If that isn't right, then should both disks have all those files? Cause then both disks would be 6 gigs and it wouldn't fit then.

Please answer soon because my computer is going extremly slow because I have very little disk space left.
