Thanks NoLimit!
I tried entering it without the SIM card in and it kept saying "Code Error". So then I put the SIM back in and it said "Handset Locked" then gave me a box to type...entered the code there and successfully unlocked the phone!

I have unlocked 1000's of phones and that's a new one on me for a 3120 unlocking with the sim in. I'll have to remember that one.

I have tried a number of codes and none worked, not sure how many tries I have left. Can I give anymore information that could help get an accurate code?

Got a message "Cannot undo restriction" wonder what this means. The phone does not have a SIM card in it, does that matter?
I have a SIM card from a different provider should I put that in and then try the code you sent? Just some thoughts, I will count on your experience with 3120's.
