When sending the code, please give it exactly as I should dial it (i noticed that some codes include spaces) because I'm prone to confusion :). Also let me know whether I should remove my SIM card or not.

You'll need to create an account with a valid email address but I got a response within 24hrs for my Nokia 6101 and it worked perfectly.
