*sniffle
I was worried when i updated my dishonest version of AnyDVD, it would catch it, or not be dishonest anymore, and I was right. I'm trying to work to re-install 5.2.2.1 so I can use my crack again. It won't work with the new version, but I'm still working with it. I didn't mean I was using both Roxio and CloneDVD, I was using one.. when it didn't work I used the other.

@ byron02 Sounds like you need a legitimate copy of AnyDVD. The older version of the program won't handle the newer movies. Spend the money. You won't have problems. They are already to 5.8.4.1.

Yeah, I'm thinking that might be my problem with the Legend of Zorro. I've backed up quite a few movies, but I can't get Zorro to work... I just wish it wasn't 40 bucks... If zorro is the only movie that I can't copy, then it's not worth it.

@byron02
Have you tried free DVDFab Decrypter that should be able to rip the movie. Then process it with Shrink, or better yet just use reauthor in Shrink and do movie only.

No, I haven't tried it. I just removed AnyDVD, and installed DVD43, and when I try to copy it with CloneDVD2 it says invalid block start code... I assume thats "junk" data that DVD43 can't seperate. I'll get to work trying it with shrink "reauthor in Shrink and do movie only." I have been doing movie only, but I'll keep working with it.. if anyone knows anything else that might be causing these errors give me a shout..

I went searching for DVDFab before arniebear gave me that comcast site, and i found DVDfab Platinum, when I started it, it said i was not in DMA mode.. Could this have been my problem all along? It instantly switched me to DMA mode with a restart, now I'm on a 30 day free trial, and I believe it's copying Zorro Correctly, it's about 55% done right now.. So I'm crossing my fingers.. I'm just hoping it was the DMA that was getting me. I usually use AnyDVD and Roxio 7, I've never had any problems with it until Zorro came along.. maybe I can go back.. I hate having 6+ programs on my computer that do the same thing... Roxio, Clone, Shrink, DVDfab, Sonic, HP DVD... I guess when one won't work you just move on and try the next... Oh well I'll edit this message to let you know if it worked..

If you were in PIO mode that will make a difference, slows everything down. Good luck and happy burning.

I guess I'm an idiot when it come to that... What's the difference between PIO and DMA anyways...
EDIT: Oh and it was only 55% through the preparing.. and I guess writting ISO file... It's burning to the DVD+RW now.. which is more than Roxio or Clone would do before..

Wow, okay. Makes a little more sense, I followed some instuctions and check out all my DMA modes... Well My Primary HD is at 4, while my secondary media storage is at 6, but both my DVD and My DVD-DL burner is at 2.. It went into detail talking about regedit and i wasn't even about to screw up something.. Is it bad that that my DVD drives are only DMA mode 2?? Should they be at 6? Or perform better?
Oh, and the copy worked like a charm.. worked in the XBOX just fine! Thank You
