ok...i get the HD into the PS2 and HDloader recognizes it. I'm trying to play mvp baseball 05 and 06 (ncaa) and when i press them to play, the screen just goes black and thats all that happens....whats goin on?

edit: I have a 160Gb seagate and when i formatted it using WinHiip, i selected HDLoader 28 bit.

I just wanted to give one last update to this thread.

I have everything up and running. It was a miracle that my PS2 still read CDs because otherwise this wouldn't have been possible.

Here is my setup: 160GB Seagate HD in my V9/10 PS2 running HDLoader via MC exploit. All I have on there right now is MVP 05 and MVP NCAA 06 (those are the main games i was playing before my ps2 died 2 weeks ago). So I'm pretty happy. I want to get NBA Live 2006, but can't seem to find a good copy anywhere...so maybe i'll have to just buy it and burn it.

Thanks to everyone in here that helped me along and put up with my n00bness. Now I can help other people on here because i've learned a lot in the past week or 2.
