Ok I just bought Xploder V5 Final Version yesterday and It's in Japanese and I can't read it so how do I make it in English?

Read the forum rules. No double posting or bumping!

If you bought it & its in Japanese, then it would be called 'Xterminator' as that's the JAP version of Xploder, and there's no way to change the language on that. The box would also of been in Japanese.
Take it back & get a proper one.

The box is in English and it's written Xploder on the box but on the CD it's Xterminator
