This one works the same as all the others. May be possible your original is a bad copy. What process you using?

i am using wxripper. i followed the guide someone else posted that said you can split the line that gives you crc errors into 2 parts. they say to copy it until the byte right before the error and then dummy the rest of it. I did that but now i dont know if it workded because i dont know how to flash my drive. i have the opa 7 in 1 hitachi firmware but i dont know how to use it:(
my dumped image came out to be 7.05 gb. i also backed up Madden 07 and its dumped image came out to be 7.05 also. do all games come out to be the exact same size?

just on teh general note,to copy a game with the xtreme way,you have to connect ur 360's drive to the pc,why not just create a virtual program that acts like a samsung etc 360 dvd drive and then using an option box select what firmware you want to use it for and kabam! you'd never have to connect ur 360 to ur pc again.so i ask,why has no-one done this?

If you're using the wxripper method, I'm assuming that you are using a regular pc drive and not your hit. drive to make the image, right? If so... then you do need the ss (which you already know) and we can't post links to them here on the forum.
You can get the ss off your original with your hit drive. Didn't know if you knew that or not. And really, the isobuster method is easier and more recommended.

i have not heard of the isobuster method. idealy i would not like flash my drive because i am getting the globe 360 mod chip put in it. is there anyway to get the ss file without flashing my drive. and is there a way to flash the drive (usb) that i use to rip the game with the opa 7 in 1 firmware so i can use that drive to rip and find the security sector?

I see. You're using a chip instead of just flashing the firmware. In that case you will either have to "find" a working (not all do) ss online, or, your other option would be to buy a samsung sh-d162c drive. It's just a regular pc drive but flashed with the right firmware will allow you to backup your 360 originals.

Using wxripper, modify layout file to look like this one: Use the biggest swap dvd possible. Find magic # on swap disc not 360 disc. This game is rough on most drives. Worked for me.
