I recently voted at "Computer Hope" and received the following message - ALERT!! Form Spoofing Detected coming from IP address: my IP Address.

What, how, why did this appear, what does this mean and how do I prevent this? I have noticed a dramatic increase in spam mail and a noticeable decrease in my download speed on my dial up connection. Are these other two problems related to the message?

Please can anyone help?
