Question about PS2 Fat bought from other contry

i boutgh a PS2 Fat in China 2 years ago, it is V8 and there is a mod chip inside it. my PS2 can play Game PS2 and movie that i bought in China,it can also play game that i buy in U.S. but it can't play Movie that i buy in U.S. Why?

Game that i bought from my country such as shadown heart from the new world, i bouth it for 1 buck and my PS2 can read it, on the disc, it have

-NTSC/j
-for Japan only/made in Japan
-DVD/video

but when i want to make a backup for that game, i put that disc in my PC, turn out my PC display that disc is CD ROM and It Has 3.8 Gigabyte. so now how can i make back up

And last question is download game from bit torrent; i download several of game from www.isohunt.com and burn it to DVD like in the fag but my PS2 can't read it, Why? If anyone know how to burn a PS2 game from file that download from bittorrent, Please tell me

to back it up write an iso with DVD Decrypter found here, http://www.mrbass.org/dvdrip/ and the enter iso write mode and burn the iso to discs
