Hi,
Can some one help me unlock my 5140i. Here is the value.
Make/model phone: Nokia 5140i
IMEI #: 355004000379902
Country the phone is locked in: Malaysia
Provider the phone is locked to: Maxis; Digi; Celcom

Hi pazzini,
I do not know my description whether is correct. "Country the phone is locked in" is that mean which country I purchase the phone? or there is a word "Made in IRELAND" behind the phone.
How about the "Provider the phone is locked to"? Can you elaborate in more details for both, so I can give u accurate info?
I'm really sorry, this is new for me? :(

Hi
The information we need to unlock is the country the mobile was bought in and with the network the phone originally worked on along with the IMEI number *#06# or look underneath the battery.
Hope this explains it :)

Opssss....I think had given the wrong info. :(
Make/model phone: Nokia 5140i
IMEI #: 355004000379902
Country the phone is locked in(underneath the battery): IRELAND
I bought the phone through ebay and shipped from Australia to Malaysia. At begining the phone is work find, after few reboot the phone was locked. In Malaysia I'm using provider Maxis;Celcom and DiGi.

Hi,
What you need to do is ask the person you bought the mobile from what country did they buy the phone from and what network it worked on.
I do not want to attempt any codes untill we have all the information.
Your other alternative is to take it to a shop where they offer a direct unlocking service.

Alright mate,
I can give you a code but it probably will not unlock as Australian mobiles are very difficult to unlock. The choice is yours 8)
