Lads what tools do i need to rebuild FIFA 07
Do i need a few Programmes or just the one ???

Does it need to be rebuilt anyway?
What version have you got?
I'm downloading the Dagger version right now. Do I need to rebuild it or will it work just straight away?

Just keep playing for a while and keep us updated please! There's a chance it can freeze somewhere while playing the game. During substitutions for instance.

No, it doesn't freeze. Works perfectly after a rebuild. Online (once DNA$ patched) & offline.

There is no tool, you do it with a quick 5 minute manual rebuild using Sony CDVDGenerator 2.0 & Gnie's PS2DVD IML2ISO

You're talking about the Dagger version too? Because I'm downloading the Dagger version, not the Unlimited version, as the latter one is in German/Italian.
Also, did you rebuild the game, and if so, what programs (and their versions) did you use?

i have just started to rebuild some ps2 games it has worked with every one so far, but my questions is can i use it with fifa 07 the program i am using is Gnie experamental plugin expert reb 1.5 will this work with fifa 07,

I suggest you just try it!
Open the program.
1. Select the Shrinker_ps2_psp_CdDvd5_iso.epi on the plugins drop down list.
2. Select the iso you want to rebuild.
3. Click extract LBA.
4. Click extract file and wait for it to finish.
5. Click rebuild file and wait for it to finish.
6. Click rebuild LBA.
7. Burn the new iso with Nero or DVD Decrypter as usual.

You could try Gnie's tool but it doesn't always work.
A manual rebuild is much more reliable & won't corrupt the image.

I've just used Gnies Expert tool v 1.05 with this plugin Shrinker_ps2_psp_CdDvd5_iso_v1.03.epi
And it works like a charm!

GREAT, if i want to patch it to enable online play do i patch first and then rebuild or rebuild then patch.

Doesn't matter when you patch it, so long as you patch it at some point.

Sorry lads yes it works fine no problems.....i have sold over 10 copys to SWAP MAGIC owners and not a problem,Genie exPERT does the job on this one,(use the shrinker)

Hi guys, i rebuilded the game using Gnie 1.05 and then burned it using Nero at 4x speed. I then used swap magic 3.6 to load it. It works perfectly, no game crashes and works great! Couldnt have done it with Afterdawn.com. Thanks ALL!

Im downloading the PAL Daggar version. Can I convert this game to NTSC with some tool? because im in Canada, you guys msut all be PAL users. And if it can be converted should it be converted before or after the rebuild? and could I use a PAL Dna$ id and loging on an NTSC system?

You can try & convert the TV signal to NTSC with a PAL2NTSC Patcher with Y-Fix, but there's no guarantee it'll work properly. It could corrupt the image file. You should attempt conversion AFTER rebuild.
You can only play the PAL version online if you have an old style 'fat' PS2 & change your PS2's internal console IDs with Paradox's Machine ID Changer from NTSC to a PAL/NTSC hybrid. This CANNOT be done with any PS2 over v8. ie: slimline's.

i gotta thank (this got me to sign up, btw!) all those who post in these forums. couldnt get fifa workin.. researched it a bit, found info on this website.. rebuilt it using gnie's expert tool (link also only able to find on afterdawn!) and got it rebuilt and working perfectly!
(oh ps, also got the dnas code off here)
