I downloaded a game and it came up as an MDF File. Windows says it can't open this. Do I need to convert it to another file to be able to open it and play it? Please Help!

im kind of having the same problem. i know mdf/mds are image. to be mounted with Daemon Tools. BUT! when im installing game, i get an I/O error..any ideas?
