6280 is a BB5 Nokia which means you will need to try and get your code from the original service provider, but will cost. There is no other way (at this time) to unlock it.

The danish service provider, 3 Denmark, will fist be able to unlock the phone late next week, they have a error on the Nokia Code Generator :( ...
