Is there a program (Without a DVDR drive) that can rip DVD's using your CDR burner...

Then Burning then on CDR's ????

Recommended DVD Rippers:
DVD Decryptor
SmartRipper

Recommended encoders to (VCD& SVCD)
CCE: (Cinema Craft Encoder)
TMPEnc or TMPEnc Plus
Canopus ProCoder

Recommended burning progams for VCD or SVCD (MPEG1\2 or other file formats)
VCDEasy< freebie
Nero (VCD only)
BurnAtOnce< freebie

For dvd2svcd I use:
DVD Decryptor
DVD2SVCD
Cinema Craft Encoder
BurnAtOnce

cant do it with a CD-RW
no way
read the link posted it says clearly a DVD rom is required

One would assume karloz25 owns a dvd-rom as he asked about particular software that can rip a dvd movie to cd-r(w) format.
