1. Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
2. Press the UNDO option
3. You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
4. Enter the code given and then press (OK)

Orange and an O2 one. on the O2 it displays the logo, on the Orange I get nowt.

Ah, Just tried the sim in my w810i and it says inactive. Should the o2 sim work it in aswell now its unlocked...

The only network that will not work is 3, because the 6230 is not a 3G phone.

The mobile is fine, it all comes down to coverage.
Do you get a signal with the O2 sim in a different phone?

Walk into other parts of the house / Garden and see if you recieve a signal at all.
