For the past week I have had this problem: Sometime during a rip, an error message pops up saying "device was removed. DVD Shrink will remove contents in this folder" or something like this. DVDShrink then stops and a second error message comes up.

It has happened with several DVDs. Ususally I have to restart the process from scratch, but a second try does the rip.

Today it has happened a least four times while ripping "Black Hawk Down". I have not been able to do the rip.

Does anybody know what's going on? What can be done? How can I solve this?

Perhaps your programs are curupt. Try uninstalling and re install clean programs.

I unistalled and reinstalled everything, Shrink, CloneDVD and AnyDVD. Things are now running smoothly.
