How do i Burn a XBox360 .rar file?

Hallo...

I am bad to burn .rar file but i hope you can help me...
I have 4 games on my pc, an i dont no to burn them out on a
dl-DVD+R.. i rellay hope you can help me..

if the games you downloaded in .rar files you need to download a program called winRAR(www.download.com), once installed there should be about 60-70 files depending on the size of the game, then just double click the first file and it should start extracting, when finished you should be left with 2 files(.000 and .DVD) just open clonecd, select write to image file(second button) and just direct to the directory of the game, and enjoy on your console. remember to select 2-2.4x write speed for better accuracy.

Many thanks but. How do i take the file out of WinRAR, sow i can burn it?
