Hi, I want to play some p2s games online, like Socom. I have a ps2 and a high speed cable internet connection. What do I have to buy to make this work? Do I need a wireless router? If so, can my PSP feed off of this as well? Thanks for the help guys.

you'll need a network adapter (for fat ps2) slim ones already have the adapter built it. PS2 doesn't have the capability to connect wirelessly so if you wanna go the wireless route you'll need to buy one of this wireless gaming adapters which are around $100-120. most people have a regular wired router and they run an ethernet cable from it to the ps2 to go online. Most if not all wireless routers have wired ports so you could get a wireless router and still connect the ps2 to it through ethernet. I don't know much about the PSPs capabilities and if it uses WiFi or not.

Hay guys, thanks for the answer i was looking for, i have wireless for my pc and am in another room away from the router and need to play on line with my psp2 and what wireless router can i buy for this thanks

well you'll need the network adapter for fatps2.
if u have a slimps2 all u need is a wireless gaming adapter. more info about your set-up equipment and situation.
