i screwed up my loading tray?

i used the card slider one day and forgot
the last step where you slide the tray
back after you swap the disks. there were some
loud scracthing sounds and i popped the disk
out.

After that none of my games work
it goes to the browse, system configuration
screen when i try to load a game.
When i press browse, it says "NO DATA reading disk"
can some one help me fix it my self?
