Download settings in mIRC?

Is there a setting or a command that I can use in mIRC to limit my incoming downloads to one per person? Whenever I start to get for than one file from a single person the rate drops dramatically and I get disconnected. Mulitple downloads are fine so long as they are from different people.

the best thing you can do is not que up more than 1 file from bot. I'm actually surprized you can do this antway since most fsreves only allow 1 dload at a time, and in the 9 years i've been using IRC (mIRC is just a script, it's actually IRC) i've only seen maybe 1 or 2 xdcc bots that allow more than 1 at a time.
