Hi all, I got a mod chip put into my GC a while ago (probably about a year ago) and I remember having a few probs with DREs at the time, and not really bothering looking into fixing it too much. I was using Ritek discs burned at the slowest speed possible, but i was wondering if I updated the bios for it (think it is a cobra bios at the mo) would it fix some of these DREs I was getting?

Secondly, is it possible to update the cobra BIOS with my Max Drive memory card? Or do I have to take it back to the shop that fitted it for me?

Oh, also, whats the latest version of the cobra BIOS? 1.2?
