I have a couple questions regarding cdgenps2.

1.Whats exactly is this program and what does it do?

2. Do you need to use cdgenps2 if you want to make a CD for the ps2?

3. I am trying to make a Linux CD for my ps2, I have all the files i need but when I just made them into an ISO(with magiciso) the cd didnt boot up(I am using cogswap). Do I need to use cdgenps2 to make the files into an ISO and then burn that ISO onto a cd?

4. Do you always have to change the LBA of SYSTEM.cnf or is that only for the independence exploit cd?

1. Its a PS2 disc image maker for PS2 cd based games.
2. Not necessarily, you can make a PS2 game image with Nero, Alcohol or Sony CDVDGenerator, but it does make the image for PS2 easily.
3. It'd be easier using cdgenps2. But save the image file as a bin & cue, not an iso.
4. File order usually has SYSTEM.CNF first, then the elf file, then the rest of the files.
