my hdloader disc is scratched and i was wondering how the exploit works exactly. my disc will only load every 15 or so times i put it in, it gets very annoying and is no longer worth my time to try. if i put this exploit on my memory card will i need to put in a regular psx game in order to load hd loader? will this exploit install hdloader all over again since it(and all my games) are already on the hdd? if so will my games be deleted or still accessable? the tutorial on this that im looking at is at this site, http://www.i-hacked.com/content/view/94/62/ is that a good tutorial to follow?

anyone? i mostly just need to know if you can put the mc card exploit on a harddrive that already has games and hd loader on it.

Yes you will need an original ps1 game.

Im am not 100% sure if it reloads anything, but to be safe maybe u will want to back up the hdd.
From my guess. I though hdloader was just a program that accesses the hdd with a gui, and if you want to re-format etc, you choose it in the menu? I didnt think it actually installs anything.

From a quick look, it doesnt look to bad. But I think their are easier guides out now, using automatic tools etc.

I havnt done a look up on this information in ages, so I wouldnt know where anymore...
