Dear All,

Please help me..
I have been searching anywhere in internet..and i still don't get it how.. :( :(

i'm going to do is to burn AVI with Sub into DVD movies..
by searching.. i found the easy one is using convertxtodvd
however..the Subtitle file (*.sub) is not supported format.
SO i use VobSub program called 'Subresync'
it is able to convert Sub files to Srt files..

However now the timing fo the subtitle become Wrong / damaged
it is always late... ;_;

the person voice always come before the subtitles..
so i change the timing in the subtitle of one text
but all others is not following..i have to change it one by one..

I try to use subtitle workshop..
i'm also confused how to syncronize the subtitle and the movies
..i dunno how to use it..
and it is really make me frustrated..
Please help me... Please..

if i use the original *.Sub, and play it in my PC
it is running absolutely correct..the timing of the text is precise.

but after i convert Sub to SRT..and play it in my PC.
the timing of the text is become messy...

Please anyone..I would be really appreciate
if you can give me advice
Thank you in advance....

Tito

Hi Tito,

I hope you have not given up yet on getting an answer here ...

Anyway, there is an easier way to get your subtitle ... see below and post back with your result

You can download text subs from:

http://www.divxsubtitles.net/
http://divxstation.com/

I prefer first site easier to choose a subtitle.

if you can't find it you must convert manually with programs you suggested ... there is guide on a different forum (I am not sure if it is against Rules to refer to another site ... so I am not risking being banned) ... do google search and you see what I mean.

Good luck,
G!

I use ConvertX and it does support .sub files. If the file names (AVI and .sub) are identical it will pick them up automatically. If not right click on the sub listing and "Add subtitle Subtitle Channel". You can also change the font and size if you like.

These work fine.

Hi MysticE,

I have never heard of this program "ConvertX"!!!!

I googled for it ... and nothing came up ... Is it a Freeware? And what does it exactly do? Do you have a URL for this product? And is it Window based program or is it for MAC? I am windows guy.

Thanks,
G!
