Nero Wont Allow Video DVD, Only Data Available, Help please

I installed Nero 5.5.7.2. I want to be able to drag my Avi's and Mpegs over and make a video DVD but I cannot. I am only able to make a data DVD, this I assume will not play in my DVD player.

Sonic MyDVD has the correct format but recognizes 86mb files as being over 300mb, something is wrong.

In my Nero wizard I see the Video DVD option but I just cannot click on it.

Upgrade your Nero to 5.5.10.35
You will need to use a program called TMPGEnc to convert from AVI to mpeg2, making sure you multiplex the sound. Then you will need to use TMPGEnc DVD Author to convert that mpeg2 into a DVD compliant format, ie: VOB's, etc..

Burn as a data DVD inside a VIDEO_TS folder

then make sure to download MPEG2\DVD.Plugin just in case if you can see DVD-video there.
