I have a .bin file that is about 760 MB. I want to be able to fit this on two different CD-R's for a SVCD. What can I do or use to do this?

1. Why would you want to split it into two discs? The bin file will easily fit onto one disc.

2. If you are adamant on splitting it, extract the DAT/MPG file using WinISO, CDMage, ISOBuster, etc. Split the movie into two pieces using any number of video tools and burn those DAT/MPG files as SVCDs
