WTF is going on with the world dosent it know 1/2 the world cant get board band or not on board band yet and sat net dosent count its to fing unstable,what is up with sites not resuming 60MB plus vids(game previews) and stuff its stupid I swear PHP is killing me every where I go its damn anti resuming PHP screwing with every other download I try and download don't they see that it takes more of their preishish bandwidth to download something 2/3rd the way done 4 times than it is to do it right the first time......gghhhhaaaaa!

WHy oh why cant they all use a simple anti leech setup that lets most normal users download a file with resume?

god it feels like a IGN scheme to take over the net via paid resume severs or something ....ggrrrrr
