can anyone suggest a fix for me. lately my movies that i have been backing up either do not play at the beginning ( at all) ,actually shuts down my dvd player (how i have no idea ), or have problems in the menus such as when you click on play in the menu it shuts down or goes to the dvd player screensaver but can be restarted to play or you can go in through chapter selection.its not the player and i do not believe the burner is going out because i have a new one and my old one does the same thing ...help...please... use any dvd ,decrypter, and Nero. thank you

What brand media are you using?
What speed are you burning at?
Are you using paper labels?
Have you adjusted the size to about 4300 so that you don't burn too close to the edge of the media?
