I Put A MODCHIP In My XBOX & I Tryed To Flash The BIOS From A CD And It Is Saying That NO BIOS FOUND.

try burning the disk agin, if your using Nero use this tut, i folloewd it and mine works, i don't know what chip you are using but i assume burning the bios to a disk is the same
