been working great until today. any Dvd works great.. But backup is messed up . ihave deleted Shrink and downloaded again.. Still the same.. I also put Norton on hold.. Confused.. Also this is the same only other movies I have backed up..B-4.. now those movies give the same message

Hi LoopTech
1st let's check & make sure you are in DMA mode & not the slow PIO mode. Here's a guide:

Under 'current transfer mode' Ultra DMA should be listed there also.

Have you done a disc cleanup and defrag very recently? If not do that too.

I hate Norton. It's too large, slows everything down etc.
