how would i back up my ps2 hdd(not sonys hdd) onto an external hdd while i put the memory card exploit on it instead of using the hd loader disc? and about how long might it take to send 80 Gigs? note i dont have a computer to throw this internal hdd in for the transfer.

ok i realize that may not have made any sense what so-ever. i had a 80 gig hdd in my ps2, i use a laptop so i cant just plug the internal drive into my computer to access the files. how would i put the 80 gigs of data onto an external hdd that i bought just for this so i can save the files while i clear that internal drive?
