hi my antivirus is avast and has given me no problems. but i just downloaded spy docter. and it scanned and found 203. tracking cookies spy ware....ect and then it told me that it can not remove them i must buy the full software. is there any free good adware reveras.,..,.,.,.,.. my spelling sucks sorry

Ad-Aware SE is great for adware, but just for cookies I'd go with CCleaner.
