BRAVEHEART Backup!

I have DVD X Copy Xpress and i tried to backup my Braveheart DVD and Memento and both simply put the opening disclaimer from DVD x Copy and quit. No error, nothin. Just says DVD burned succesfully and no more than 10 seconds are burned onto the DVD.
Any help is very Appreciated!! Oh, i have been able to succesfully backup several other movies so i know my software and hardware work!
