Anyone else find it off that a 1 click employee would be suggesting a competitors product?

Just another reason to buy SLYSOFT and avoid 1 click.

Unfortunately, I hadn't discovered this forum when I bought 1 click. I just did a search on-line for dvd burning software reviews and trusted the one that reads like a 1 click commercial. Boy do I feel stupid.

Then I downloaded their product. 1 click gives you a 10 day or 3 burn trial. What a joke when compared to the 21 day unlimited burn trial that Slysoft gives you.

Everything about 1 click just wreaks of "scam artist". I just want to make certain that I get the word out in this forum so that others avoid the same bad experiencve I had.

call me sarcastic but is that not what a support forum is for? to solve problems.

you obviously love AnyDVD and CloneDVD these days. What about the support forum for these products? one of the official sites as listed at slysoft is cdfreaks - what do you find at their forum???? lots of users having problems with slysoft products

There are many 1000's of 1click users and many of the problems posted are down to media or pc configs/conflicts.

Did you ever visit the 1click forum to ask for any help?

bubbles...I;m not gonna call you sarcastic, but I am going to ask you to go and re-read this thread.

You asked me if I went to the 1 click support forum. I did one better, I emailed their tech support department. So yes, I did seek tech support from 1 click. And you know what they told me? They told me to go buy AnyDVD.

See my dilemma?

You wonder why I support Slysoft's products so much? Well, not only did 1 click tech support direct me to their product, but my experience with Slysoft has just been so much more enjoyable.

From a consumers standpoint, Slysoft delivered the goods while 1 click misled me.

1Click DVD Copy or 1Click DVD Copy Pro sucks. With $79 and you can't even backup new released? LOL, it must be a joke.

I can get FREE tools and I can backup anything, yes... you hear me, any dvds/movies regardless if it's new released or old.

** DVDFAB Decrypter (one of the best and FREE ripper)
** RipIt4Me (DVD Decrypter + FIxVTs, one of the greatest combo beside DVDFAB)
** DVD Shrink (one of the best and FREE transcoder)
** VobBlanker and FixVTS (2 of the greatest FREE craps/junks processing tools)
** ImgBurn or DVD Decrypter (the greatest FREE ISO image burning engines from the great Lighting UK)

Enough said!! I'm out of here.

WARNING: Do not "update/upgrade" your SAMSUNG BD-D5XXX series (Bluray Player), or else you cant enjoy any of your movie files.

The reason that I paid for cloneDVD2 and AnyDVD is that I like the convenience. AnyDVD runs in the background, so all I must learn how to operate is CloneDVD (and it is very easy to use). So rather than learn multiple programs and probably spend more time copying each DVD, I paid $59 for the convenience of having one program that can quickly do the job.

I edit out stuff and make the DVD do what I want! Sooooooo I like many programs..... some are better than others...... but the freeeeeeeeeee ones......the best things in life are FREEEEEEEEEEE!
