Nero problem after following afterdawn rip description

Hi all,

I exactly followed the afterdawn description on ripping a DVD to a VCD. When than trying to burn the generated .mpg on CD my Nero tells me that the stream is not alright and offers me to encode it. What could be the trouble?

It actually says: "the stream is not alright"?? What is the error message you really get? lol

Thanks anyway - I tried both versions (with and without alowing Nero to reencode) and both work on my DVD-player - so who cares about the message ... I did not note it anyway, therefore the slubby description.
