can anybody help me. it only used to take up to 20 minutes to encode a movie. but now it takes over an hour can any body tell me how to make it go faster. all my setting are for maximum speed

Starting with the easy checks,

first:
Make sure your drive/s haven't been switched to the slower PIO mode, if so then change the setting/s back to enable DMA mode, here's how;

Second:
Make sure shrink isn't set to run in low priority mode in its preferences, if so, uncheck the option.

Use Anydvd and believe
