Swapmagic 3.6 problem with dvd ? help

Hi ,
I have just fitted a swapmagic tool kit to my 7003 V14 slimline and boots the swapmagic cd to the correct screen ie: press square or x but will not get to the screen when I insert the swapmagic dvd just goes to the PS setup screen or sometimes says no data.

I presume that the switches are all installed correctly as the disk spins ok with lid open ?
Usual problems with fitting the 1 tool at te back but all seems ok.

Could it be the Swapmagic V3.6 DVD they have sent me be faulty or is it something I am missing?


Presume you just put the dvd n leave top open and wait for the swapmagic screen to load and then swap disk but not getting that far trys to read the 3.6 dvd and then laser goes out and ps2 to setup screen,
