samsung ms25 reading firmware just hanging

all right guys im tryin to mod a 2nd samsung ms25 firmware with the same pc and the same boot disk , nothings changed but when I begin the read function it never starts the % download to my boot disk it just sits with a blinking cursor.I've even tried to create another disk but still no success.I've tried the commands mtkflash r/m orig.bin mtkflash r/sata /m orig.bin and mtkflash r backup.bin anybody got any ideas

Is it definately ms25 and not ms28?

yes, reading it right off the label,even it the dos screen it show the drive and firmware up top ms25 it just won't read
