you need to flash your drive google it
look for jitachi samsung tutorial v.41 its pdf and will tell you everything you can get the fw from usual places

Yes you can and get the newest FW the one with the media patch I dont think there is a stealth FW for the Samsung yet so you will need to flash again when that comes out but for now you are LIVE friendly and as for the future nobody knowa whats going to happen I'm sure M$ will figure something out but not right now
