I've Downloaded games for the PS2 for quite some time now, but recently for some reason my my games arent running. They start then freeze on a black screen. My Old games are working thiugh. Im using Swap Magic V2.0
. Do i need they latest version?

It could be that your versions is an old verion.
Try looking for the SM 3.6 iso off the net, then use the 2.0 vesion to boot up the 3.6 version then try the back up :)

Then if it works and you get annoyed doing 2 swaps, buy the original.

There's nothing wrong with SM2.0 I still use it, and it works perfectly well.

For Xenosaga II, you need to use an additional loader with SM2.0 called 'CDLoader'. It has a special DVD booting method through TOC refresh & you need to use mode 5v3 No P/N.

For Xenosaga III it should boot just with SM2.0

For FFVII Dirge Of Cerberus, you need to use the standard DVD boot method of CDLoader as an additional swap with 2.0

Can u tell us exactly what steps you have done?
Have you tried the iso trick?
Have you tried using zoneloader or cd loader?
