I am backing up DOA 4 and am getting a dvd read error saying

Partition offset LBA:34
name: unavailable

retry read fill with zeros cancel

now the retry does nothing and obviously cancel cancels
I want to now if this is a bad disc or if filling in with zeros is ok
I want to avoid making a coaster so if anybody knows please let me know

If went ahead and put fill with zeros and this came out in the log

Unrecovered read error at Partition LBA: 2001
A total of 322 sectors were zeroed out.
A total of 118 sectors with read errors were recovered.
Getting media info [E]
Media Type: DVD-ROM
Bytes Used: 6.87 MB (7,206,912 bytes)

Is it a bad disc
