I've come to the conclusion that this software is just plain bad.

I search for a file, 140 users found, bandwidth 3000, I double click, 1.4kb/s. Sometimes as low as 0.15kb/s!!!

Then, I search for another file, 3 users, bandwidth 300, double click, 40kb/s.

Stupid. Is there better software? I'd be happy with 20kb/s as long as it's more or less constant.

512k ADSL btw.

try using speed up. also try restarting kazaa and pausing and resuming (desperate measures but it works).

Do you have access rights on the POC you are using and are you running a firewall or connecting through a router/proxy server??
