Just got a Dbox2 from germany Avia 600. It worked fine for two days after a friend loaded a UK image. Got all the channels( NTL) and was really happy with the box. A Mate started messing around with the remaote and ever since the box wont work. I get the Channel straps at the bottom of the screen but nothing else. My friend, who is experienced, has tried loading some new images and rescanning but nothing seems to work. Is there a factory reset or something and is there a manual that I can use? The seller in Germany is blanking me so any help would be much appreciated.

when i start the box I get the Image screen
( Mr Dontay) then it goes through the start up and the lcd displays the last channel that was on, the channel name appears at the bottom of the screen and then I get a channel not available message and a black screen.
It worked fine for a couple of day so I am hoping its not kaput. I have PM'ed Bluemoon for a guide and he said he will send one so am waiting for that but any help would be appreciated. I know very little ( nothing ) about these devices and have spent hours trying to find info but to no avail.

lets hope it is not kaputt!!i would recomend you to make a new channel scan !if its nothing coming up check the signal!if its a sagem box it might be the tuner broken!
