Ok, i just was wondering if i misread this or what, but for flashing the drives i know there are hitachi and samsung drives out, but are there other drives out and is there firmware provided to flash those drives too incase you get those?

There are just Hitachis and Samsungs right nos. There techically are Philips drives too, but those are from pre-release 360s and the general public won't see those.

there are different versions of those 2 drives but as for as manuf. just 2
