alright i have a few questions to ask does all xbox games work on a 360 and does the xbox memory card work on a 360 and does the xbox controllers work with a 360

the xbox controller dose not work on the xbox360 the 360 controlls is a USB port that connects to the xbox...but the normal xbox controll port if way to big..and some xbox games work on the 360 not all well only some work for me

I am also thinking of buying a 360 off of a friend of mine. There may be the possibility it is stolen. If this is true, will I be able to play online, and is it even worth it?
